Purpose
This policy explains how the Company collects, checks, moderates and displays customer reviews for TORGEER®. It is designed to protect customers from fake, misleading, hidden-incentive or manipulated review practices.
Review principles
Reviews should reflect genuine customer experiences. The Company must not publish fake reviews, commission hidden positive reviews, suppress negative reviews merely because they are negative, describe a review as verified unless it has a reliable purchase link, or create a misleading overall impression through selective display.
Verified purchase labels
A review may be labelled "verified purchase" only where the Company or marketplace has evidence that the reviewer bought the relevant product from the Company or through an authorised marketplace transaction. Evidence may include order number, marketplace verification, customer account record or other reliable purchase link.
Incentives
The Company should not offer rewards for positive reviews. Where a lawful incentive is offered for any honest review, the incentive must be disclosed clearly and must not require a particular star rating, wording, photograph, recommendation or sentiment.
Moderation
The Company may moderate reviews to remove unlawful content, personal data, abusive language, threats, spam, irrelevant content, intellectual-property infringement, confidential information, malware links, counterfeit claims without evidence, or content that cannot reasonably be connected to the product or buying experience. Moderation should be applied consistently.
Evidence and audit trail
The Company keeps records showing how reviews were collected, why a review was removed or edited, how verified labels were applied, whether any incentive was offered, and how review feeds from marketplaces were integrated.
Customer challenge
Customers may contact the Company if they believe a review is fake, wrongly removed, wrongly labelled, or misleading. The Company will investigate and correct the display where appropriate.
